Description

The Department of History at the University of Chicago invites applications for a tenure-track, beginning assistant professorship in the History of Science to start on or after July 1, 2021. The specific geographic area and period are open, and fields of study including life, physical, social, and technological sciences will be considered. The appointment includes membership in the Committee on Conceptual and Historical Studies of Science.


Qualifications

Candidates must have earned the PhD degree prior to the start of the appointment.
