Call for applications
Applications are invited from qualified individuals for a 5-year limited term appointment as Assistant Professor in the Department of History at the University of Saskatchewan. The department seeks a specialist in the history of gender and/or sexualities in twentieth-century continental Europe, with a preference for someone working in queer history. The successful candidate will enhance the department’s research and teaching profile in gender and sexuality, one of its signature areas. The successful candidate will develop and teach a first-year thematic course in the history of gender and/or sexualities, second-year survey courses in European history, and upper year courses in the area of specialization.
